Color-Reduced BS Cliffs by Pteryx
Updated: 10 May 2008 Posted: 10 May 2008 Tags: 16-color, Edited, and 3 more Rating[?]: Rating: 4/5 (5 ratings) Information:
These are exactly what it says on the title -- versions of the BS Zelda cliffs or mountains with fewer colors. The versions I originally created for myself are up top, and use black plus four additional colors. The ones below remove the light borders from the rock edges in order to use even fewer colors and thus conform to NES standards, as per request.

Usage Notes: These are transparent as is, so either use them with layers or fill in the transparent parts as desired. Also, the tile immed [View Full Description]

DoR Mts. for Pure (Lite ver.) by Radien

Well, here they are... the first two pages I'm releasing from Dance of Remembrance's mountain tiles. A long time ago, these were Sludge's Z3-style small mountains. I started editing them to look a little more like LTTP, but they ending up diverging into something rather different.

Several weeks later, the result is an absolutely huge set of multi-purpose mountain tiles. The tiles range on varying levels of difficulty of use.

The portion you see here is the easiest to use. They work like Pu [View Full Description]
DoR Snow and Sand by Radien
Updated: 11 Nov 2007 Posted: 11 Nov 2007 Tags: 16-color, Edited, and 3 more Rating[?]: Rating: 4.11/5 (8 ratings) Information:
The original DoR tileset was constructed in a way that allowed users to use grass tiles in place of sand by altering the palette to use whites instead of greens. This, however, won't work in the updated tileset (coming soon), unless you want frozen grass on your overworld instead of snow.

In SD3, sand doubles as snow, with just a simple palette swap. DoR, however, requires more than a simple palette swap to use sand as snow, because sand uses the same browns as the mountains and trees do. Ad [View Full Description]

This is the EZGBZ mountain tiles with no barriers! It didn't really make much sense with the barrier, so why not get rid of it! I edited these tiles.

Final Fantasy Mountains by Skipper
Updated: 13 Jun 2006 Posted: 13 Jun 2006 Tags: 16-color, Mountains, and 1 more Rating[?]: Rating: 4.5/5 (13 ratings) Information:
Well! My first submission to the PureZC database is finally here! :D

These tiles consist of realistic mountain tiles from a Final Fantasy chipset. Now, remember that I DID NOT actually compile it myself, I just reduced the colors, then got rid of a couple of useless tiles.

It's only 16 colors, so only 1 CSet is needed.

P.S.- Please actually USE them before you comment. It really bugs me when people don't even DOWNLOAD a package, yet they rate it.
