A Few Night Rod Tiles by LinktheMaster
Updated: 18 Jan 2005 Posted: 18 Jan 2005 Tags: Greenery, Ground, and 3 more Rating[?]: Rating: 4.56/5 (8 ratings) Information:
A while back I worked on a quest called "Night Rod". I made custom tiles for it, until it ended up as a custom Pure set. I am now releasing all the tiles I had made a few months before the virus hit the quest. These are a few of the tiles, probably my biggest works from it. If you use these tiles, please give me credit on them. I require them for the castle tiles and the ship. The mountains and the trees, I would prefer them, but they are not required. If you do not give me credit for the castle [View Full Description]

Hear ye, hear ye: I hereby bestow upon you not only bark mountains but also foliage mountains, made only of the finest trimmings cut tenderly from the boughs of the legendary Maku Tree. (No trees were harmed in the making of these mountains.)
Final Fantasy Mountains by Skipper

Well! My first submission to the PureZC database is finally here! :D

These tiles consist of realistic mountain tiles from a Final Fantasy chipset. Now, remember that I DID NOT actually compile it myself, I just reduced the colors, then got rid of a couple of useless tiles.

It's only 16 colors, so only 1 CSet is needed.

P.S.- Please actually USE them before you comment. It really bugs me when people don't even DOWNLOAD a package, yet they rate it.

This is my second attempt at making GB Zelda styled mountain tiles, hopefully this is an improvement over my previous attempt.
Z3 Small Mountains for Pure by Radien
Updated: 14 Jun 2004 Posted: 14 Jun 2004 Tags: Mountains, Overworld Rating[?]: Rating: 4.44/5 (8 ratings) Information:
Sludge's excellent Z3-style small mountains have not been used much, despite being rather cool. I thought that recoloring them in Pure ought to remedy this.

A recoloring is mostly all of what this is, but I did add four tiles it seemed to need and reorganized them a little bit. Take a look at the screenshots for a recommended combo layout.

By the way, check out the Descendant set for some mountain tiles that are compatible with these. Not sure if the palette will match, though. ^^;

A small rip a came across in my RPG Maker folders. So, I ripped it into ZC and did some recoloring. It think they turned out pretty well. Goes right into the pure tile set, and also comes with a blank version, for layers.

These are some extra mountain tiles, but in the style of Zelda 3. That includes diagonal mountain walls as well. They are not as hard to use as the LTTP tiles.
Zelda 2 Overworld Tiles by Anthus
Updated: 20 Oct 2012 Posted: 20 Oct 2012 Tags: Overworld, Ripped, and 3 more Rating[?]: Rating: 4.43/5 (6 ratings) Information:
These are the twelve (count 'em!) overworld tiles found in Link's second NES outing. I also added an A thru D tile to use for making, and marking multiple warps per screen. Make these lettered combos the direct warp, or stairs with their respective letter, and then layer the overworld tiles over them. That's what I find easiest anyway, but you can combo them however you want.

This was a very simple rip, and they all use one c-set which can be grabbed from the image.

Enjoy :)
Classic Winter Tile Edits by Anthus

these were made for a classic quest which I was working on some time ago. I released them on ZCR, but I'll put them here too :)

Here are some slight edits, and alterations made to some Classic tiles optimizing them for use with a winter/ snow/ ice themed area.

This is not a palette swap as much as it is an actual recolor to make them more Wintery. Works with c-sets 4 (Mountains and Trees), and 7 (Ice) in classic. Still uses new default classic palettes, so no recoloring should be required [View Full Description]

-= Update Five =-
I added a "shadowless" version which might be more practicle and easier to use since it gets rid of the extra tile neded for the shadows.

This is hopefully the last update :)

This is a small collection of tiles used in "Nargad's Trail: Argon's Evil Lair", some are customs, some edits and some are recolors, all are saving you time and providing you with new tiles! Since this is the 1st collection, it's quite small. This is what it contains:
-Recolored mountain tiles, originally by Noel, +a few custom tiles for the mountains.
-Custom Rock Tiles for two ground types. (entirely custom)
