Description
Randomizer Alpha is the latest in the Randomizer quest series. It is a remake of Randomizer Super, but in the Koten tileset and also using the items and mechanics from Randomizer Outlands. There are more dungeons too.
Explore the overworlds of the 1st and 2nd quests, along with 8 sets of dungeons. Items can be shuffled randomly with the item randomizer or placed in hard coded locations with the item presets. You can use a seed with the randomizer and then share your seed with others to try your generated item locations.
There are a few ways to play this quest. You could just try to finish it, or you could go for 100% item collection. Maybe even above 100%...

Story
Welcome back to Hyrule. Not much has changed from the 1st and 2nd quest layouts, but it seems there are more dungeons now. And there are many new and powerful items to be found, but you never know where they might appear (even I can't say). Zelda should be in one of those level 9s, but where could the pieces of the triforce be? And what is with these rumors of a lost overworld and a postgame?
Tips & Cheats
Like previous randomizers, you can view your seed from the first item cave. This is only available if you use a seed.
From the first item cave on all overworlds you can view a checklist. Use this to see which dungeons you have yet to find all the items from. Don't forget to buy the Stone of Agony if you want to know how many items there are in an area from the first screen of the overworld/dungeon.
While I'll let you figure it out when you get there, there is some logic to how you get to the final dungeon.

Here I was thinking that nothing could top Randomizer BS. I was, of course, wrong.
Can't wait for Randomizer Omega. This is some seriously amazing stuff. The only problem I would see is the hardcoded item limit in the quest, but I'm sure you could probably do some weird crap with zscript, like multiple item in one tricks, to bypass that.
May I recommend PTUX for the next randomizer?

I found all 300 items in Both Light and Dark Overworlds plus 24 more in Lost Overworld. I also love the BS and Outlands Overworlds. This is definite best. Next Game will be Randomizer Omega with 500 Items which includes upgraded rupee ring with triple rupee and Magic Keys for each overworld

At long last, after 35 hours, I have finished this quest with everything in the quest. For evidence: Here and here.
So, this is definitely an awesome remake of Randomiser Super, especially with the neat extras (like the 3rd quest sets and the bonus content in the end). The Koten graphics make this quest look really nice visually and the replayability with the randomised items is awesome once again. I really loved the Top Secret dungeon with the Phantoon-like boss and that Undertale style boss right at the end... amazing stuff man... you blew me away with that fight.
My only criticism is the post-game content. Optional or not, I felt like the majority of it was unnecessary. Yes, I did complete every BS and Outlands dungeon, but if we had like even more items or something it would make things more enjoyable (though I get you'll probably run out of items eventually)... or just remove them entirely since they seem useless. The Battle Tower and the Top Secret dungeon were probably the highlight of the whole quest, some amazing stuff there.
Overall, I had so much fun with this quest, and while the BS and Outlands part of the quest is kinda unneeded IMO, this quest still is a really great Randomiser entry. I wonder if there will ever be a Randomiser Omega now
5/5 from me.

This review contains spoilers.
The Legend of Zelda style dungeons are not for everyone, most people are usually spent after a set of eight (and a final level nine) dungeons. Now shuffle the items around and place them in a staggering eight sets of dungeons, on top of that each set ending with a final enemy gauntlet romp mounting up eventually to a final FINAL gauntlet. If that doesn't sound like a daunting challenge, it actually isn't as the items and upgrades will power you up until you reach a plateau where even the toughest enemies pose no threat, to which the routine becomes dive into a dungeon, seek out the items, hope its the triforce at the end, unless you are a completionist and just grab everything and go.
Like the previous randomizer quests its got that same weird feeling that I get as I dive farther in: The side/bonus content is always more interesting than the main entree (as at this point it can really drag on for a long time being eight full zelda 1 dungeon sets and all). Why can't said content take the main stage for once? I guess such quests wouldn't be 'game' randomizer quests now would they? Its good to play in bursts but I'd advise against playing it in one long monotonous session.

Spoiler
As with the other randomizers this quest also brings its own share of side content for those who want to push farther, Alphadawg's 3rd Quest makes an appearance in the hidden Lost Overworld, adding another 9 dungeons to the existing 81 dungeons. The 3rd Quest is notorious for its difficulty; however its not the case here depending on when you tackle it. HOWEVER, the extra content does not end here; if you have 100% item collection there is even more secrets to fry. Beyond the 100% item collection reward there's more...
For those shooting for 200% there is an additional two overworlds of content on top of the existing three, each bringing another two additional sets of nine dungeons each. There is nothing beyond this point to collect except for dungeons items (map, compass, boss key) and more rupees for your newly acquired giant four digit wallet. Maxing out your wallet is easy but, I will emphasize, for those shooting for 200% do take care to collect every map and compass. These dungeons are based off other Zelda 1 based games with far less maze like layouts, and should be relatively very fast to blaze through in comparison. If you don't feel like doing those right away the boss arena from previous randomizer quests also makes a return tucked away in one of these hidden worlds, requiring a switch elsewhere to show itself.

Spoiler
There is a Post-End-Game once you have done the above. Visit the boss arena's top once you have 200% completion for one last dungeon crawl, mildly difficult and has a fascinating mid-level gimmick to boot. Its also got a pair of unique hard boss monsters to fight. Wear your lousy tunic with pride if you managed to claw all the way to this point, this is probably the best bit of secret content.

I wish I could have a list of all of the dungeon locations. Right now I only managed to find half of the Level 1 dungeons. I am still missing Extra Level 1, Remix Level 1 and Minus Level 1. Are all of the Level 1 dungeons close to the original Level 1 entrance? I found Lost Level 1, Hard Level 1 and New Level 1. (Okay, so maybe not all of the Level 1 entrances are close to the original, I found New Level 1 behind the waterfall.)
I do know I have to delve into Dark World to get of the dungeons but I keep hitting Level 5-9 entrances.
