I think skateboarder11 was doing a Kirby quest once upon a time. He used rips for his Kirby, but they looked good.
These though... the outline is a bit thick, the colours are a bit flat, and it generally doesn't look that hot... sorry

These are custom Kirby Tiles that I have made, using only the cover of the Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land game pak as reference. I started with the classic palette, and added colors from there. I used approximately half of CSet 6 to make the tiles, and I have included the CSet colors as reference.
Compatible with Classic movement sprites.

Hmm. Some tiles aren't round enough. Irregularity is okay sometimes; trying to make the outline that solid means that his head/body is sometimes shaped a little like a Stop sign.
I'm not terribly fond of the mouth... maybe it should be just one black pixel when closed.
Anyway, points for trying.
If you really wanted Classic-compatible Kirby sprites, however, why not just rip them from the NES game?...
