Why did you take the preview snapshot in CSet 8? It looks horrible in CSet 8. The same tiles look much better in OW CSet 2, without any recoloring (I ripped them into DoR just to see). Although, personally, I'd recommend recoloring them completely into CSet 5, so you can use them in interior palettes.
The tiles are decent, but the face is undetailed and really should use more colors. Red or magenta (for the lips) might not be available in all CSets, but the eyes could be solid black and blue, or whitish, or SOMEthing other than Goron skin tone.
3 stars when used in another CSet or recolored. Personally, I'd recommend centering these Gorons across either two or three tiles, rather than the uneven spacing in the tiles above, but that really depends on how you prefer to construct your quest.

The default Pure Gorons in DoR look like children, so I got a 2x2 one and kept updating it. The latest addition was when I animated it.
The left is where the frames of the 4 tiles are, on the right you can view how they look when put together.
