Sona heads out into Entell Fields to get the Entoi Berries she loved for her grandfather to make Entoi Berry Pie. As she heads out, she looks slightly south of the Entoi Tree, seeing vast grasslands and a dense forest. "I wonder if I'll see what's out there someday?" she curiously asked herself. If only she had some way to cut down that annoying shrubbery...

Im sorry but Moosh's screen has too much clash and noise that doesnt blend well

I'm just going to null, I would have voted for joel, but most of those grass tiles stick out like a sore eye when they cut right off to white next to them. The fallen leaves tile also sticks out like a sore thumb since it uses another ramp of green than the rest of the screen.

I ultimately went for Joelmacool. It has a weird vibe to it that I like, and the setting is interesting and does feel tropical and warm. Second place was Moosh.

a305 - Looks like a pretty decent dungeon shot, nothing much to say about it. Maybe the statues over to the right are a bit too bright, but it's probably just me.

 

Moosh - I really love the style you're working with here, almost looks like TRIFORCE. I do like the moving background too, but I have no idea what's going on lol

 

Joelmacool - Another amazing shot from you. Everything looks great in this screen and there are no criticisms I can think of.

 

Twilight-Prince - Looks pretty good, but I feel like the screen is a bit too open, even for a field. Maybe more grass on the top-right would help to make things look a bit less empty.

 

I voted for Joel this time, with Moosh in very close second.

Nice shots! I voted for Joel here, as I think that's a really good tropical themed screen. a3's and Moosh's screens are not bad either. a3's looks pretty solid and Moosh's is really cool to look at. Twilight Prince, your screen feels a bit empty, though I understand when it's supposed to be an open field type of screen.

Joelmacool: This screen lookes really good too, but the green grass-combos beside white ground and the white corners of the rock-combos beside the water don't look good. I know, that's GB-style, but I also don't like that kind of designing in the original GB-games.

 

 

Twilight-Prince: This would be my number 2 choice. It's a bit empty in the top-right corner, but I like the open-world-style.

To be fair, a30502355's shot does have the same "pixel issues" with the wall torches, rocks on the floor and doorway.
