Set up four consecutive combos:
1: Idle
2: Preparing to jump
3: Jumping
4: Stunned

Set up an enemy as follows:
Type: Other
Weapon and weapon damage are used
Step, halt rate, homing factor, and hunger are used
Attribute 1: Size
* Minimum: 1
* Maximum: 4
* Default: 2
Attribute 2: Flags - add together any of these numbers:
* 1: Can be stunned and frozen by clocks
* 2: Super jump disabled
* 4: Super jump impact stuns Link if he's on the ground
* 8: Super jump impact launches debris
* 16: Super jump impact drops enemies or debris from the ceiling
* 32: The tektite is invincible unless stunned from a super jump
* 64: The tektite's weapons are unblockable (some weapons are unblockable regardless)
* 128: Fall onto the screen at the start of the fight
Attribute 3: Time stunned after a super jump, in frames
Attribute 4: Object dropped after a super jump if flag 16 is used
* 0: Debris
* 20-511: Enemy ID
Attribute 5: Jumping sound
Attribute 6: Super jump sound
Attribute 7: Falling sound
Attribute 8: Impact sound
Attribute 9: Sprite used by debris
Attribute 10: Death animation
* 0: None
* 1: Explode
* 2: Flash and explode
* Future versions of ghost.zh will add more animations
Attribute 11: First combo number
Attribute 12: Script slot
