This is a Powder Keg. Set it as Super bomb. the face on there is *supposed* to look like a skull, but it didn't work out too well... 
I like it though. It gets madder and madder until it explodes! Woo!
The colors might be a bit off, because I don't think I had it in the right CSet. When the sparks are yellow, its the right CSet. so, keep that in mind.

This is very nice Ref. 
I can only think of one thing to add, and that's more detail. I think the barrel on the Powder Keg needs to have more colors, and the skull needs shading. If that were done, this would be a perfect 5.
Oh, BTW, you might want to make something for the subscreen if you edit this.
