You know the drill: this isn't really super tested. (Dimi walked one around a little after the first pass, but it's changed a lot since then.) If you use it, let me see how it goes!

December 31, 2022: They have portraits now!! Also added one extra NPC zora and a couple miscellaneous frames for the PCs, including map icons, sitting down, walking with a charged weapon, and basic diagonals. Tweaked a small handful of the existing PC frames, notably the front slash, front swimming slash and side swimming slash.
October 16, 2021: Added six extra NPC zoras. Added pull, carry and shovel frames. Tweaked a couple existing sprites (especially underwater swimming, and some very minor changes to the blue zora's side sprites).
