I am going to make a female hero for one of my quests. I won't use this, but I'll definitely look at it to see what you did right in it.
One thing it really needs is highlights for the hair. It looks extremely flat. You should draw that in and rerelease this. It would only take a few minutes, but it would improve it immensely.
I think she would look better with bangs, but that's just me. And for some reason her head seems big in the front shot... Her hair definitely has too much volume in the back shot.
