This is simply the ninja from the SNES game, Inindo: the Way of the Ninja.
I ripped them for one of my upcoming quests, and recolored him for DoR C-sets.
Top two rows: C-set 0 for blue, 5 / 6 for dark / light green.
Bottom two rows: C-set 7=blue, 8=red, 9=green, 10=purple, 11=grey
