I should note that the overworld keys and dungeons keys can't overlap. Outside keys can't be used in dungeons and vice versa. So there's no danger of using them up;
I mostly went overboard with the mine carts due to the effort I put into creating the script in the first place. Considering the time that I spent, I wanted to have an entire dungeon devoted to the concept.
That warp by the Darknut in Turtle Rock should have caused the one at the entrance to change where you could get back there quickly, so now I'll have to investigate and find out why that isn't happening.

The sound not playing on that Gold Skulltula in the ice area is caused by a bug in the script for that. (And by me not setting up that screen right.) Basically, if you enter a screen via a tile warp; the sound won't play. (I think that also applies for the nearby time warp.) I'm not sure how to fix that at present.
The trading sequence was actually doubled in length, since my original plan was to have you talk to the Archer character every time; then I realized how stupid it was to have him want items that he gave you in the first place. They're basically designed to be accessible as you progress through the game normally for the most part.
I also included a lot of fairly good rewards for the various sidequests, to encourage players to complete them.

The item you get for trading is basically a Whimsical Ring that gives you a 100 percent chance of landing a critical hit. The text in the game doesn't explain it very well, I know.
That room with Nayru does indeed seem to be messed up, but I think I've fixed it now.
