I wasn't actually expecting to give this quest such a high rating, but hey, this quest was legitimately pretty good. This quest did a good job at a simplified classic Link's Awakening, with it's own twists at some points. Screen design is your average Z1, so there isn't a whole lot to say about that. Overall quest flow was pretty solid, and getting from dungeon to dungeon was no real hassle. I gotta admit though, the voice acting idea is actually incredibly unique and it's something I've never seen done before in a ZC quest. Yes, it's text-to-speech and I couldn't take it seriously almost all the time, but it was pretty awesome to see something like this. I also love the descriptions the Owl makes of bosses, some of them are downright insane lol. The Owl's voice also makes me think of those "X is illuminati" videos... I guess I watch way too many of those to not take this voice acting too seriously XD

The only major complaint I have is the difficulty and some design choices. I felt like the difficulty sky-rocketed at around Level 6/7, and without the Magic Sword, you're in for some complete hell. I think the difficulty curve could be a bit smoother to make things less insane later down the road. I also felt that some design choices with the red and blue bubbles was a bit too much. In some parts, they had pretty clever puzzles, but in others it was more of an unfair dodging game, and if you get hit you have to go back several rooms to get your sword back. This isn't much fun and wastes a lot of time.

Overall though, this was a pretty interesting quest, and even though it has it's problems and is very Z1-like, it's not a bad game by any means. I'll give this quest a 3.5/5, which rounds up to a 4. Good job!

Quite a fun quest. I usually don't have the sound on, but it's a necessity for this quest. Some of the dialogue is quite hilarious with the British accent and strange inflection, Old Man!

I had a blast playing this quest. It was a bit difficult starting out but with a little exploring everyone will find their way to level 1. Fun dungeons with block puzzles truly made me want to play more of this quest. It's definitely a quest everyone should play.
