This is the same Demo 2.1 that I posted in my project thread and that made its debut in the Fall 2012 Expo.
This is the most recent of my demos. Demo 1 went up until just after level 3, with a sneak preview of the sailing ship at the end. Demo 2 extended it up until after level 4, with a demo-only raft tour of the islands, as well as the addition of "gotitems.txt" included in the zip file so you can make sure you've found everything (if you care, that is; I know I would). Demo 2.1 added a sneak peek of level 8, the Haunted Lighthouse, as well as the island it's located on; plus, NPCs were added to the islands around the raft tour so that you can see who's on each island you can't reach, and an end-of-demo island was added to showcase characters (mostly PureZC cameos) that are found in the underworld. Plus, not everything is as it seems... If you haven't played it yet, you should try it out! Keep in mind: This demo (and quest, for that matter) is being designed using ZC version 2.10, so use that version if you want the most raw experience. It should work in the more recent versions, though. |
