Impressive work, Jamian. You truly are the Zaxtor Znort of Zelda Classic. If you don't know who I am comparing you to and why, check out this following link:

Found a minor bug. In the first cave, the room to the right that has 3 switches in water. If you get your boomerang before opening this chest you cannot it. The switches don't react to a boomerang like they do to the slingshot. Since it replaces your slingshot there is no way to trigger them.

I know it's not really your fault or anything, since I assume you're trying to replicate the N64 Zelda games.
But seeing that notation system just bothers me to no end. Four lines instead of five, notes that doesn't fall either on the lines or exactly in between lines. Call it a pet peeve of mine, but as someone who has studied music theory, it bothers me.

This looks really cool, and it looks like there's a ton of content here. I just downloaded it, and am getting ready to start it up. I am pretty excited. Not too many new quests come out that have this much stuff.
EDIT: So, I've been playing for about an hour now, and wow. This is an exemplary quest. It is so polished, and feels leagues above what you might expect from a finished ZC game. I can't stop playing. Adding in the GB features is also a really cool trick. It really adds depth to the quest. The music selections are nice, and the Story is presented well. I'm currently in the plant dungeon, but I left to go see if I can get some more stuff. The mini-games are also really well done. The Link block puzzle is neat, but I got mad a few times when I accidentally nudged a block against the wall with like, two spaces left
