After playing with this set for a month or two, I highly recommend it. Sure, there are a lot of graphics from PU2, but that's to be expected from something loosely based on it.
However, new tiles are not why I love this tileset. It's the palattes. This is by far the best palatte I've ever worked with. Most tiles in the set can be used with any cset without much of any quality loss in them. This can produce some rather unique results if you use it to your advantage correctly.
People need to play with palattes when they make sets more often.

This is like 1337 to the power of Chuck Norris it's so incredible, it feels like a sin to gaze upon it's utter awesomeness but if that's the case I am so going to Heck 23443632434243665372345237436423 times
