I like the design, but the perspective is off. Still good though.

I also don't see the ship resemblance, but this could be salvagable if you added detail. Right now it uses one-third of a 16-bit palette to make something that looks barely better than 8-bit. You have potential if you'll just put a little more work into your tiles. (it takes forever, I know)
