Zmo, the tile database is for people to submit stuff so that others may use it in their quests. A recoloured Mario sprite is a bit too niche to be a useful submission, given that there's probably not too many people making a Wario quest, and those that are would probably use actual Wario tiles.

I'll give you a star for the effort, but as far as aesthetics and usability is concerned, this submission isn't that great, so 1 more star for those combined.
