Can I use two of these with the same key in one screen?

I find a bug: When i save the quest and when i resume the quest the door that supposed to be unlock is locked again and there's no way to unlock the door again. There's a way to fix that ?

I really enjoy this script, and I hope that I can use it for all of my dungeons. However, for some reason, when I use this script in my quest, the resulting open door does not seem to be a cave tile anymore. The trigger effect itself works correctly, changing the combo from a closed shutter into an entrance, but trying to activate the tile warp with the cave results in no cave effect, which is a bit of a problem. I can find a work around for it, but I am curious if I have, in fact, set up something wrong. Thank you for your time!
