This is a simple submission that supplies quarter-hearts set up specifically for the "Life Gauge Piece" subscreen element in ZQuest version 2.11's subscreen editor.

These tiles are nothing fancy, so this submission is actually more intended to help with the setup of the tiles used for this feature. The hearts in these tiles are laid out in a way that I believe will produce a heart gauge that resembles modern Zelda life gauges as accurately as possible.

If you prefer a different style of tiles, you may just want to use these as a layout guide and paste over them with your favorites.

ShadowTiger's Neofirst will also have functional life gauge pieces, but hey, now we have something in loose tiles as well...
