I like the overall layout, but you really had some problems with the texturing. Don't worry so much about being original; if you can take a tiny piece from another texture and turn it into something different, we won't hate you for it. Many of the highest-rated tiles and tilesets on this site are upgraded versions of stuff ripped from official Zelda games.
Remember that most digital artists use filters and complex tools; you don't have to limit yourself to pixel-by-pixel editing for something intended to be this complex. I give an amiable 2. Keep trying.
