Description
This quest was made for the Zelda Classic 2013 2 Week Quest contest. It was made in an updated version of the Revenge 2 Tileset(Which I am currently working on a 2.50 version of.)
Story
The land of Nostalrul has been taken over by the evil Gannon, who was once sealed by Ganon for copyright infringement. He has also kidnapped Princess Hilda, and now Tink must collect the 3 Shiny Triangle Things and save Princess Hilda from the evil Gannon.
Tips & Cheats
It's possible to do a minimalist run of this quest, it's just kind of hard.

Nostalrul is a must-play quest that is also very fun and solid though it does suffer a bit from difficulty balancing issues and easily found secrets that would otherwise make this an almost perfect quest.
Strengths
Strengths
- Solid overworld and solid progression
- Nice use of rupees in terms of shopping
- Creative and nicely designed dungeons
- Some puzzles
- Humorous dialogue and "story"
- Decent screen design with no bugs
- Amazing music and sound effect choices
- Easily found secrets
- Sharp difficulty spike around Level 3
- Underwhelming Level 4
- Some screens were a little empty

I'm gonna give this one a middle three. Decent quest, especially for a two-week time constraint, and you did fairly well in managing overworld progression. It was also pretty humorous as well, but secrets were pretty easy to find. Dungeons seemed to be fairly well-designed, though some enemy placement was a bit brutal, and level three in particular had a long way to go if you died late in the level, before you can access the boss room. Level four was also quite underwhelming. But, all things considered, not really a bad quest at all.

Based on my LIVE Stream on 7/29/13:
Pros:
+ Impressive Overworld Layout and Design
+ Solid Gameplay
Cons:
- Lack of Depth in some areas.
- Unbalanced difficulty (Especially on Level 3)
- Lack of placement flags for enemies which means that they appear in awkward locations
- Minor, annoying Bugs
VERDICT: As a whole, Nostalrul is a solid first quest from Goriya with its impressive looking overworld and fun gameplay. But the unbalanced difficulty and occasional minor bugs may disrupt your experience.
