Improved Newfirst Leevers

Information
After looking around at the various leevers in different sets, I decided I like Newfirst's leevers best. However, it had only a two frame animation, and no animation for "while surfacing."
I've gotten rather tired of BS having the only 4-frame Leever animation, so I added a few frames to Newfirst's, and this is what turned out. I added 3 frames to the surfacing animation and 2 to the regular animation (though a couple of those are mirrored).
