Alright, every questmaker out there, listen up. I hearby command you to use the Slash ability in every quest you make. Ever. From this day forward. 
Newbies, don't think you're getting out of it, either, just because you're using the BS tileset!! For exactly that purpose, I'm submitting BS slash tiles. You are no longer exempt from being required to have cool sword slashes! Newbies, don't think you're getting out of it, either, just because you're using the BS tileset!! For exactly that purpose, I'm submitting BS slash tiles. You are no longer exempt from being required to have cool sword slashes! Link doesn't turn as much as he does in Newfirst's animations, but it's a pretty smooth animation that fits well into the set, I believe.
Please note that while the original set uses the same icon for both the magic sword and the master sword, the diagonal sword icons use a few more colors, and so I've separated the two swords. The wooden, white, magic, and master sword still use the same Csets: 6, 7, 8, and 10 respectively.
At the bottom, I've also included some "slanted" sword icons that you may or may not like better than the regular ones used for the A button box. Note that they are bigger than the ones used for the slash animations.
EDIT: Updated to be combined into just one file. Check the image for easy notes on how to use the tiles.
