You did an amazing job on most of this, but the last two frames of the shore border tiles rather puzzle me. They seem to "jump" unnaturally, and the darker part of it is almost stationary whilst the shores are vibrant.
The narrow river is great, but it's so small it would only look right on a "map select" screen. :\
I'd give these a 5, but there are some little problems here and there that make them impractical, though attractive. Unfortunately your style is so unique that I can't find anything that really matches with it (I tried). Also, the water uses around 6 colors, making it very hard to fit into most overworld palettes (I tried that, too :\).
