Made all by myself. Very easy to use as well.
Simply layer the SD3 grass edges over this, and it looks wonderful. Hope you guys like it!
Also, if you want to rip it into another tileset, it requires 3 shades of blue and one white.
Animate it as you feel necessary. I haven't played around with them enough to see what speed looks best.
