I was looking through my files for the Triforce halves, and I remembered that I had this. I edited the heart container from the DoR v 2.0 tileset for this, and it uses either C-set 6 or C-set 7.
Update: now the bottom row works in C-set 9. Note: it looks more dark and slightly evil.

Kinda reminds me of teh magic upgrade I drew here ( https://www.purezc.co...ge=tiles&id=652 )

Looks exactly a cross between a heart container and a Triforce, colored green. 
And thus somewhat resembles a Japanese onigiri (riceball). Pretty good, though. Could use some touching up, and I agree that CSet 6 is not the best choice for various reasons, but worth a nice rating.
As for credits, you should also credit PolygonX8, who is now known as Exate. Here's the original submission:
