The rocks and trees use the same texture. Also It is pillow shaded and looks retarded.

Like CastChaos said, the trunk of the tree is the best. 4 stars for creating a style I've never seen before.

The trunk of the trees is the best, but even that requires a new colour. The treetops are rather rotten mushrooms... with some changes, they resemble icecream easier than trees. Plus they use 2D ground texture. Or is that a lettuce tree?
Because they have the same texture, the trees and rocks are disturbing to see together.
The bigger rocks are very strange, they rather look like vertical walls with a cave opening.

I honestly don't like these sprites. :/
The trees looks like geyser animation and the rocks look like different variations of a George Washington's wig.
They both lack a lot of detail, although the wood part of the tree is good, except for the base of the tree.
As I've said to a bunch of other people who are newer to spriting, you should really submit your work to Devolopers Exchange before submitting it officially here. People can help you with spriting it, give you tips and constructive criticism. Here they give you the rating you deserve, my rating is a "2" for several reasons I mentioned above.
Keep spriting though, you will get better!

Nice work, considering the effort. The problem I have with it though is that the drawn style would seem like it'd clash with any existing tilesets, except MAYBE the Happy Set. I'll give it 4 stars for the effort involved though... Try making us a PTUX or DoR version and I'll be impressed.
