I like the grass details and the transparency effect on the water. If I saw this scene, I'd definitely want to explore that cave! I find the border of the lake a bit cramped as it is, but that's my only real critique.

The dark colors give this area a lot of depth and a formidable vibe. The switch piques my interest.

 

Twilight Knight

A lovely overworld screen with tasteful details. I'm left craving a little more sense of life, like an NPC or an enemy.
