The demo for my roguelite/roguelike zelda quest. Updated it from the old one, And here'now the crypt go's to level 6, added a third boss set, a new town, a new minigame, more items, and some bug fixes and changes.

So.. What's the deal with this quest? Is it some sort of hardcore one life to live quest? I cleared Shovel, was in the process of going through A when I ended up dying. The continue screen was "Reload last save"  or "Quit", of which the aforementioned "Last save" put me back at the very beginning of the quest where its asking me if I want to skip the intro or not...

I've tried this, at times the controls would regularly get stuck and I couldn't move my character the way I wanted anymore (for example, he'd go down and would refuse any other directional input). I don't know where the problem lies. This is the first time I've tried 3.0, I got the latest version. My keyboard doesn't have any issues with any other program. I do have a gamepad, but even after unplugging it to make sure it didn't mess with the keyboard inputs here, the issue remained.

Weird. I don't know what's happening on your end, but hopefully it gets fixed.

Huh. That's something I've gotten in 2.55 also, from playing other quests. I never know what causes it, but it happens.
