Welcome once again to yet another Quest Club community poll! This month, we will be pulling from Shane's list! Let's see what we've got, shall we?
#1:
The Hero's Memory by Aevin
Estimated Playtime: 8-10 Hours
Aevin's debut quest. It is a love letter to the Legend of Zelda series packaged in a modernised first quest experience. Explore an original overworld to find dungeons that hearken back to the classic Zelda titles.
#2:
I Am Bored by Theryan
Estimated Playtime: 4-5 Hours
Are you bored? Then this miniquest made out of boredom might be for you! It features a few major and mini dungeons found in a sizeable and colourful world.
#3:
Antiquity by Saffith
Estimated Playtime: 8-10 Hours
The most faithful replication of the original Zelda there is on the database. There are new tracks, items, enemies, bosses and a built in second quest.
#4:
The Slipstream by Joaish (RedTribeLink)
Estimated Playtime: 5-6 Hours
A really cool Metroidvania where you travel across a bunch of realms and assemble quirky items. There are fancy systems in place, including elemental driven combat and a leveling system. Comes with a postgame too.
#5:
Isolation! by MattB
Estimated Playtime: 4-5 Hours
A short but punchy Metroidvania using the much-underused Dance of Remembrance tileset. Explore an island with an interconnected dungeon beneath it and find the means of escape.
#6:
SCKnuckles Worst Nightmare* by Eddy
Estimated Playtime: 8-10 Hours
The quest is a fairly short and fun, albeit linear, dungeon romper originating from the early 2.50 era. I remember every dungeon being fun and having something that stood out at the time, the overworld flowed quite nicely for what it was and the music choices were fun and catchy (and gave me a lot of nostalgia the first time I played it). It was fun seeing SCKnuckles' humour and jokes being translated to a ZC quest with the charm the Amy Rose series had. I remember it being pretty relaxed on the difficulty but it could just be me and that others had a harder time with it.
While some parts of it have not aged well, I still maintain it's a fun dungeon romper that shamelessly wears what it is on its sleeve. And importantly, I want an excuse to replay it and an excuse to reevaluate my review on it.

Honestly a very interesting line-up! I wanna say none of these quests have ever been particularly on my radar, outside of two of them when they were first released, and I honestly look forward to seeing what the community is interested in in this regard!
