I would say, 0, 3, 7, maybe 1, depending on the skills of everyone else.
I have the most enjoyment with 3, followed by 0.

As someone who has been in development teams for quests, I usually take the roles of 0, 3 and 6.
That said, you'll usually need to do a little bit of everything even in a collaborative project.

My biggest thing is #2. I love designing items, player sprites, etc. But overall I love planning the entire game and making it myself.

This one's been tough for me to answer. I guess the simplest answer would be 3 - level designer (or maybe more accurately for me, something like "area designer"?), but with a caveat: I care very much about the flow, puzzle design, and layout of an area - how it progresses and plays, basically, what its central mechanics and theme are, etc. - but I also care a lot about the environmental details, the way an area feels. Its moods and vibes, basically. Which might overlap with 4 a little bit? All of this stuff working in tandem is what I really love doing. I feel like everything I've made leans really hard on the design of its game world.
Maybe 1 - game designer or 2 - programmer (specifically, scripter), too. I like coming up with novel mechanics and items and I like the puzzle-solving that goes into figuring out how to implement those mechanics. But I don't think I'm as good as either of those as I am at level design. I've always wanted to do 6, too, but I don't consider myself a great writer...

2, 3, and 6. Programming and Level Design are hard and easy to procrastinate on, but when I actually get going on them they tickle my neurons really good. 6 is just because I think I'm okay at writing, but that could be an ego thing.
