I have PM the author but not got any answer so I start this help topic because this quest is absolute worth playing, It is partly extremely hard and it has many new enemies.

I´m looking for the blue ring so if anybody stumble over it, please tell me. I can´t beat the boss in level 5 without it. Going back to him later.

 

Anyway, I´m in level 6 now and can´t find the way to the boss. Some tips would be appreciated

Can you tell me what to do here. The whistle makes a sound in front of the middle tomb stone but nothing happens. I have tried all my items on this screen but without results.

 

 

There is also a room in level 8 I can´t find the way to

 

I can´t get through this door opening. A bug ?

could of sworn i rememved the grave.

Level 8 use the magic book found in level 7...

Level 7 that is two bugs actually that map isnt supposed to look like that and yeah theres some solid combos on layer 1. ill fix em.

Thanks for update. Got the book and finished the last room in level 8 ( a key ).

The whistle stlll makes a sound at the grave. Did you say that´s nothing there ?

 

For level 7 I can´t find a way to go on. The only possible way seems to be the door in entrance room, but how do I reach it ? - The hook doesnt grab the boulder to the left of the door. Or have I missed something ?

I've beaten Levels 1-6 and have some comments and questions. I am playing this on 2.55 v4.

 

Comments:

The hint block in Level 6 says something along the lines of dive in the blue to find the undersea base. Since I was having trouble finding the Level 6 boss, I took it to mean diving in a body of water in Level 6 to find a dive spot that would lead to the boss. I was completely thrown off and did not think to use the whistle in a random room until I read your hint above. After reading your hint above for finding Level 7, I later made the connection that the hint in Level 6 was a reference to finding level 7. I think you should make this more clear in the game and also provide a more direct hint that you need to use the Whistle to find the Level 6 boss.

It's kind of annoying to have finally obtained the mirror shield only to learn that it doesn't block Moblin arrows, boomerangs, and statue fireballs. Isn't it supposed to be the best shield in the game?

I am stuck in Level 7. I have the Hookshot and the Book. From the beginning, I go one room over, hookshot across the gap, go down the stairs, and end up in a room with all the Goriyas across a pit of lava. I push the rock, but the Hookshot does not latch onto the rock across the lava. I tried killing all the Goriyas and nothing happened. I also tried shooting the Aquamentus statues with everything in my inventory and using the Whistle with no effects. I believe that I have tried walking through and tapping every wall that I can with no path forward. What am I missing?  

 

Update: Probably not the way you intended, but after getting the Cape/Lava Protection from Level 8, I was able to make it further into Level 7. I was able to find the Triforce piece but I cannot get into the central part of the dungeon.

 

@Lukaz: In the room in your screenshot, if you hookshot at the exact left edge of the rock on the upper wall, you should be able to make it to the platform without falling into the pit. Afterwards, you should be able to find the Triforce piece. Please let me know if you figure/figured out a way to access the central part of the dungeon.

Thank you Malstygian for tips. Of course I have tried hook to the wall a lot of times but after further thousand tries I succeded. It shouldn´t be that hard. Any way I got he triforce piece but nothing more. I think I have tried all my items in every room but haven´t  found a way to the center. Obviously I have missed something. There are two arrow tiles in the room left of entrance that should work on arrows but they don´t. Can they have something to do with further progress ?

I think we have to wait for help from the author

The anchor is necessary to step on heavy switches

 

The level 7 bugs have been fixed redownload. yeah my bad there. There is no central part.

 

Everyone bitchin about the mirror shield... Your right it doesn't block boomerangs, golden arrows, or certain fireballs...

I'm stuck in Level 9. I have the Lens of Truth and the Silver Arrows. I don't have the Big Key or the Infinity Key, but I know where the Big Key is and a pretty good idea where the Infinity Key is. I can't get to the stairway a couple of rooms to the north and west from where the Gold Ring is located because I can't find another orb to turn blue after killing the horde of Mirrobes and passing to the south, requiring the orange orb to be lit.

 

There is a room with 2 death knights and 2 red bubbles and when I use the Lens of Truth in that room, in the southeastern corner, there is a black square like the undercombo is missing. After killing the death knights and pushing one of the blocks, nothing appears. Is this a bug? Is this where I need to go?

Head south from there and then follow the path (your going to have to make sure the red blocks are down)

I've been down there. I've been past the red blocks. How do I get back to the area with the Gold Ring? Seems like the only way to get to that area is go south of the Mirrobe Horde with the red blocks down. But there isn't another orb along the way to turn blue so I can't get down the stairs where I think the Infinity Key is.

 

I've found the room before Ganon's room and there are a couple of rooms above that I can't get to.

 

I've literally tried pushing every block I can. Can you give me a screenshot please on where to go?

Thanks, I beat it within 15 minutes after loading the update. I wish I knew how to get the Infinity Key how it was intended.
