So of course, that is the precise moment health problems popped up and I had to rest for a few months. Thankfully I am doing a lot better now.
Since my health has improved I've been working on furthering the art style and the world-building mechanic. The art style is a softer, slightly more colourful version of pure, and in a happy little accident, it keeps reminding me of the switch in style between Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker, which is handy since this game precedes Wind Waker.
I'm almost at the part where I can release a demo of the first level. It's more or less a tutorial level - it sets the scene of the story and demonstrates the world-building mechanic. I want to run through it one more time and hopefully release a demo on the weekend.
