You're welcome, and thanks.

Can't wait to try it.

I am giving this a replay after a year using the latest 2.53 version.  I will let you know my thoughts once complete.

Edit:  I experienced quite a few more dungeons this playthrough.  I am on what I think is the final boss but I haven't won yet.  It is tough as there are places where it is really hard to avoid taking significant damage.

Yeah I can't beat what I think is the final boss.  The spikes do too much damage and even though it's the same every time my reflexes just aren't that quick.  I liked it up until this but I think this is where I have to get off.  Which is too bad I wanted to see the ending.

Who is ? Tails ? The grey wolf ? The dog face ?

I believe it is the grey wolf.  It alternates between avoiding spikes and a screen where you kill enemies.  You can't pause, switch items, reassign buttons, anything that might help.  If you don't kill all the enemies in time you have to go through all the spike screens again.  Hearts are rarely dropped.  It's pretty frustrating.

It has two phases. For each of these phases, there is the same attack pattern to remember in order to predict it. The goal is to kill all the enemies when they appears.
There is a save between these two phases.
If you really can't do it, I can send you a simplified version.

Thank you very much for your help!!

I got past the first phase but now I can't get past the room with the phase-shifting platforms where if you don't get out in time you die.  Ugh.

It's the hardest part of the game, yes :x
If you need, I can make it easier!

Hello,
A new version has been submitted, correcting a few minor problems.

I didn't expect my game to ‘exist’ in the eyes of some people, I expected it to be just another line on this site. I didn't expect anything, but the fact that some people are still interested in it today does something to me, even though I think I'm below the quality of those who spend a lot of time scripting new gameplay elements AND it was pretty badly received at first (one person eventualy thought my game was a joke).
I'm not active in the community, I'm not specifically integrated, I'm not in any circle, and that's all the more reason for me to be surprised to see my game being played.

Thank you for giving me the impression that this game will remain in some people's memories and that you may have been able to listen to one of the characters, which is important to me for a number of reasons.

PS: I'm not very active (here as elsewhere, I don't think I'm very good at talking to people) but I read your discussions on ZQuest and I've taken an interest in what's said on your discord on a daily basis, it gives the impression of being in a community, I like that feeling.

All the best

One of the things that amazed me even back to when I was a beta tester was your clever use of FFC's that practically imitated scripting at its full potential. I haven't tried this new version yet, but I look forward to seeing the changes....and I believe your genius could even take scripting to a new level. Don't discredit yourself or your achievements.

As for the themes....that's what makes this quest so especially well received. However I think what made it a quick turn around in the beginning for the worse is that the themes began super heavy, and went into lighter stuff later on, so a new player who isn't sure with what they are going to get into when they start playing, and suddenly hit a psychological wall in the very beginning.....rather than easing into the heavier stuff later on. Its a psychological thriller in a sense, but not every casual player can handle that straight on....but can adjust as they get used to the idea further into the gameplay. Hope this makes sense.

Either way....all in all the quest is well received....and I extremely happy about that. It really is one of a kind.
