Went ahead and opened up a quest project for this quest. Level 1 is currently looking like it's at 90% completion. Still need to decide on enemy usage and the likes, and possibly inquire about a scripted boss for the dungeon. I also need to begin mapping a relatively small 2nd floor to the dungeon due to how it got laid out. Pretty much all of the mechanics of Level 1 is complete though.
