If you played my Demo you will have probably noticed that there are a lot of thing I messed up because I wasn't paying that much attention. Some of the more notable ones are, In the basement of the first dungeon the music is the wrong theme and is extremely loud, on the top floor of the dungeon all of a sudden there is a magic top floor and there aren't even any tiles like that in the overworld (derp), and on that same screen the guy has the wrong message string, and finaly the last biggest thing is I made some of the tree including the bottom parts an overhead combo... ya... I know derp. This quest is a derp fest and that stuff was just a few of the problems. So expect a new demo with bug fixes soon. Also thanks so much to all the people who pointed this stuff out this really, really help me. Without your help on telling me this stuff I would have never found out. So with you guys all leaving reviews it really helps. If you would like to see all the bugs found so far here are the links, and if you would like to leave a review without the stars then do it in the same place as Lüt and Shane. If you would like to leave a rating then click on demo then click on the quest and then leave a review.

Lüt's review - http://www.purezc.ne...showtopic=68242
Shane's review - http://www.purezc.ne...showtopic=68242

If you scroll down on the page these links are on you will find the reviews and if you scroll down you will see my responses as well and it will also offer some help to beating the demo.

Thanks for reading this,
Alex Peters

Don't feel bad, it's easy to do this when you're eager to get it out already.  During Zelda 3's alpha testing, I switched to True Arrows about 3/4 of the way through.  I also put the Token of Infinite Arrows into the init data to test if this would break the game.  I decided it would, but, forgot to uncheck it in zquest.

Thanks, I'm glad I'm not the only person who messes up before I release something.

Demos aren't finished games, and members here are all too eager to rate them, as if they were. They also seem to bbe unable to comprehend how to rate anything, and divvy it up with points/facet. \ I tend to ignore many ratings, and comments, from an assortment of members who I shan't name. :/

Well since demos aren't finished games. They are in need of criticism, bug fixing and general polish so that quest development is going in the right direction. I would argue they should get the same amount of criticisms, if not more than the final product itself. I thought this was common sense. :P

That's a valid point, but critique of an alpha/beta stage project, should consider both the stage of development, and the intent of releasing it.

My problem, is that the rating system is identical to finished games, and that people rate demos as if they were a finished product. I can't count the number of times I've seen poor ratings due to complaints about a demo feeling 'incomplete'... It's just silly.

Demo ratings really need an overhaul. In fact, I feel that the uploader should be able to disable star ratings, and that demo feedback should be comment-only, if the project leaders so desire. That might help enforce constructive, and useful feedback.
