Progress has been very slow, but steady nonetheless. I have mapped the entire overworld on paper, and there may be some slight (or major) changes to the overworld teasers in which I showed. Now to do the bare bones of the overworld in ZQuest. Unfortunately, I have no motivation to do the overworld right now. As of late I have been focusing on interiors, mainly houses. I also did a very important screen today which is located in Hyrule Castle, a very small portion of this incarnation of Hyrule.

Who is this guy Link is meeting? He is Zelda's royal adviser. He has proven to be loyal and wise for seven years, effectively handling his role as second in command rather well. He will be the one to assign you on your quest, and filling you in on the details of what's currently happening. During this time of crisis with no memories or connections with the past, he has been gathering what little knowledge remains. He certainly has managed to recover a few things, which may save Hyrule. Another important cutscene late in the game will take place here, but that's for another time. I haven't decided on a name for this character yet, so no name reveal today. I was thinking of Sahasrahla but ultimately decided against it.
Hyrule Castle can be accessed right from the start, but some areas will be only available until later in the quest. You can find a few goods here, including the sword which will be given to you by Impa who is a guard captain this time around. I'm planning a sword minigame too, so there will be a lot to do here hopefully. I'm also been doing a little experimenting with interior tiles, which you may see in a later update and hopefully they won't be as lackluster as this one. Ah well, this is the first progress update, what did you expect?
Well that's all for now, have a good one! Oh, and this was featured On The Green! Yay for being On The Green.
Edit: Updated the screen.
