Okay so today I'm officially announcing this project. I announced this some time ago on the AGN forums. Most of the screenshots are in the description because I did not know there was a seperate screenshot feature. Currently, it is finished through level 8, which means that the project is over halfway finished. Also, for the few of you who played my other quest some years ago (The Link Paradox), there may be some Easter Eggs in there. It'll use most, if not all of the new items (albiet, with some being overworld only), and there will be a secret level, where you can get the magics of the 3 goddesses.....IF you can complete it. Of course, you have to find it first.......

More information and updates to come, so stay tuned.

Well, I wouldn't call it Zelda 3.  Maybe it's just me, but it doesn't sound fitting.

Well....minor spoilers here, but

the Zelda 3 plot is a diversion from the true plot, after level 9, you have 6 more levels to complete when the REAL bad guy reveals himself.  There are also hints you can stumble upon before that, albiet, vague ones.

 

Other things are set throughout to intentionally seem wrong, such as the existence of a "Black" sword that is more powerful than the Magic Sword (this game goes with the theory that it was once the Master Sword) Dungeon Entrances you can't enter, blocked by the symbol of the Fire Boomerang/Black Boomerang, which you get after defeating Ganon, and other things.......

In this one Zelda fan movie (not hero of time), they say that the white sword is actually one of Ganon's old swords (which makes sense). In the WindWaker, Ganon has a white and black sword.

 

In that movie, Link is a farm boy and is trained by one of Ganon's servants who poses as a Hyrulean Knight and gives him the white sword at the end of training and says it was used by heroes. (It ends in a cliff hanger). The Master Sword originally rejects Link because of the evil in his heart for seeking power for only revenge.
