Yes! This game will contain heart pieces! But, since this game is only 4 dungeons long (1 Final) I will have to add MORE heart pieces... so expect a lot of secrets in dungeons AND overworlds!

Here is a little demonstration of what some heart pieces will be like:
You wonder around Hyrule and find out that this guy in a cave says something about this house is haven village annoying him. He says: "I wonder if I could enter by going another way"

This is the house he is talking about:

As you can see the doorway is blocked by rocks; the person sealed himself within (heh get it? It's a pun about my secret project... no? Alright lets continue). The way to enter the house is from the back (under link you should see a bit of red path), so you must walk down into the hidden doorway.

When you enter you see this:

You can now see that this person has sealed himself because he stole a bunch of stuff... even a heart container! The guy tells you not to open the chest but you can look around at the things he 'collected'. You just ignore his commands and run for the chest, when you open it you should get your heart pieces!

So that was a little demonstration of how to get heart pieces in LikeLike 2! And yes, this is all in the game.

As a total this game will have 36 heart pieces!

Seems pretty cool so far. As long as those heart pieces require some sort of thought or cool ideas, then I'm in. But hey, I'm looking forward to seeing how you'll manage with 52 heart pieces (though that may be a bit too much, but meh we'll see how it goes)

What do you mean Linkfan? There are countless quests that have heart pieces  Or I think you mean having few dungeons and many heart pieces.

That's an interesting idea for a heart piece. Where did the guy stole that stuff from?

Hey calm down dude!
I'm sorry, I didn't know I was taking your ìdeas. I just had to fill the overworld with something and since not much people like me using full hearts in the overworld I figured I used heart pieces. Plus my game has 4 dungeons and 16 total hearts, it adds up to 36 heart pieces, like MM.

Also inthe future don't frame people just because they have the same idea as you by accident, its not nice. It also hurts my feelings, so stop that, ok?

So again I did not know it was your idea I just needed extra secrets in the overworld, also I am pretty sure other games used the same idea as MM.

Just to show you another heart piece:
~
This heart piece is also in the village, you need to find the red bush hidden by red/green rocks; So it'll be hard to find. You need to go around the gardens and then find yourself at a dead end (or you think it is). Cut the bush and yay! You got your second heart piece!

So that is now 2/36!

He got the heart piece just by scavenging through the overworld, you should find a cave and a guy says "This dude stole my treasure" or something like that.

If 52 starts looking like too many Heart Pieces, you can always reduce the amount of pieces required to make a new heart container from 4 to 3. That way you'd only need to hide 39 heart pieces instead of 52.

If there are 16 hearts total, you get 4 heart containers from dungeons, and you start with 3 hearts (I assume), wouldn't that leave 9 heart containers to fill? If each container needs 4 pieces, there would only need to be 36 pieces hidden, correct?

Oh shit, that was probably my fault. I was calculating this from 20 total hearts when helping him... oops lol
