To be done (completed things that don't extend on will be crossed out)

1. A brand new life meter
2. Brand new dungeons (to be introduced in updates) (V 1.0's done)
3. Brand new palettes (thinking Zelda 2 style)
4. Revamped Levels 8, 9, and 10, so they're not so friggin' repetitive (and maybe nerfed as well)
5. New items (to be introduced in updates)
6. A change to Level 11's color
7. A "true" level color that doesn't change when you go out of dungeons.
8. New tiles, ported over from Demo SP most likely. I like the set that was developed for classic on that. (being tested for bugs)

9. Thinking of even adding difficulty levels like New Quest 2 (though undecided on that). Easy Mode definitely, undecided on a Kaizo Mode yet. Level 11 is the same in all difficulties.

10.  Boss Music added

11.  Custom Guys added

12.  Changed palettes for items

Half of the Zelda 2 Palletes are pretty much the same as Z1

Parapa, Midoro and Ocean Palace to be precise.

No offense, but why are all the screens so bland and empty? You'd think that'd be something to get people to actually WANT to play your quest.

Honestly, even that is better than empty screens.

I'm not an artist.  I make games that are more playable and fun to play, looking pretty isn't the top of my list.

Also, think nth Quest.  The original New Quest used the Overworld, it isn't changing that much, unless one of my artistically inclined friends can make it look better.

This might upset a few people, but if this is going to be streamlined for DLC for other developers for myself and other developers, things had to change:

1.  A lot of the old "blue" enemies are now red from Z2 (the deep dark red).  Blue means a higher level of enemy now.

2.  A lot of items had their color changed, to allow for level upgrades if needs be.  This includes:  Bombs, Wands, Rings, etc.

This might come across as upsetting to a lot of ZC fans, but this had to happen to allow for a DLC-style structure.  There is no way to know how powerful the dungeons are to become, so some structure had to be made.  This unfortunately is a departure from the normal.

Once again, I'm sorry if this upsets people.
