The entrance is in the middle on the screen with the compass.

That level looks like a labyrinth, which is good in my opinion

Well, it seems to be a huge labyrinth. I guess that could be a good thing, but remember not to make it incredibly confusing as it would put off players since they'll probably be wondering around for ages.

Don't worry its only going to be as complex as one of those Lost Isle's dungeons.
