Even small rivers can form large canyons. But as the flow of Ikana River mysteriously halts, the surrounding valley grows arid and lifeless. Dry rocks and dead trees abound. Somehow, the desolate landscape emits an eerie aura at the border of sound and silence. Is it possible that the spirits of the dead surround us? A massive tower looms on the horizon, visible even above the monolithic cliffs that entrap all who visit here. This land is cursed, and only Robin, Shane or Shoelace will be brave enough to walk among the evil spirits, enter the temple, and resolve the canyon's torment. Who will prevail?

I voted for Robin. I liked his use of the bridge!

Torn between all 3 shots... but Robin wins by the very slightest for that really sweet looking bridge and such amazing screen design. The other two shots were as great, and I would really love to play in those.

This was another hard choice for me. All the screens are really well made, but I eventually voted for Robin's screen. The bridge layout looks incredible as does the palette. The atmosphere is also really good. Shoelace's screen is also really awesome, though, to my eye, the screen seems incorrect perspectively speaking. It just takes a while to understand what the screen is really trying to show. Shane's screen is also a really nicely made town screen, and I really love the changing colors of the roofs. Great job, everyone!

Coated in a layer of sand and sweat, Robin, Shane, and Shoelace approach the shadow of the great tower. Its shade serves as a welcome reprieve from the force of the sun. This is a prime opportunity to collect one's thoughts, revitalize one's spirit, and boldly charge up to the tower. The ensuing race is a close one, with all three adventurers deftly manipulating switches and platforms to give them a leg on their competition.

Suddenly, Robin stops running and pulls out his bow. With one well-placed shot, he shoots an arrow that pierces a red emblem embedded in the cliffside. The ground begins to shake violently and shift toward the heavens! The three fall to safety, but only Robin lands at the tower's entrance. His competition vanquished, Robin easily scales the tower, slays its beast, and restores peace to those souls who will rest for eternity.
