It feels like the answer should be so obvious, but when I try to compile any script that uses stdExtra.zh, I get compiling errors. Just to make sure it wasn't a compatibility problem with any of the scripts I was trying, I wrote an entirely new one that does absolutely nothing except load up the functions necessary to use stdExtra.zh. It is written as follows:
Using this, I found that there were a few undeclared variables in the script. But here's the part that makes me feel incredibly stupid. I keep arguing with myself about whether I've done something wrong in setting up the imports, or if the variables were intentionally left empty for the designer of individual quests to fill in. And if that's the case, is there a fill in the blank somewhere? Or do I just add the variables in on my own? And how the hell am I supposed to break up an argument when I'm the only one in it? What do I do if it suddenly gets violent? What would that even look like? Agh! I'm scared!...
Actually, come to think of it maybe I'd be better able to figure more things out on my own if I didn't keep getting distracted by quasi-imaginary antics!... Wait! What was my question again?
Also, I don't know what p.o.a.t.c.t.e.c. means in all the other nearly 1000 posts it's a tag for, but for me... it's very personal ![]()
