But this shouldn't have to come a real surprise as this game is slightly based off Zelda 2. Which features a boss named Barba. I would like to make everybody aware (if they are not) that Barba is in fact Volvagia. The name Barba itself was merely a mistranslation and as such the boss battle that appeared in Zelda 2 was always Volvagia.
For this reason, I am going to try and create sprites that look more like Volvagia than the NES Barba (including his stone helmet he's famous for).
I would also like to note that if you played a previous beta of Souls 2 or watched the video series I released about the quest more than a year ago, you'll notice you get sent to an ancient town, this town is of course Kasuto. Yes, there will also be a hidden town of Kasuto which will remain faithful to Zelda 2. If anybody who's played Zelda 2, they'll know exactly what that means, that the Kasuto in the game's actual time will be destroyed when you reach it, and I plan to have Volvagia tied to that destruction (rather than Zelda 2's explanation of them being destroyed by a bunch of flying eyeballs).
This location of the game will be located in South Lanayru and of course will feature Kasuto, Hidden Town of Kasuto, Volvagia within the Hidden Palace and it will be the located of The Great Palace.
