Welcome to a general update for Ganon's Curse! As I haven't done too much in ZC the last few days, I don't have much progress to present, so I decided to do a general update of a bit of everything.

First, lets say welcome to all the new beta testers that joined the team! Those are LTTP, Shane, Artistic and Mister Snooze. Each of them already helped me a lot and together with judasrising and DaviAwesome this quest now has a total of 6 beta testers! This is actually way more than I ever expected to have and I am thankful for that. The update thread in wich I invited for beta testers is still open and I will of course still leave it open for a good while.

Even though I am still trying to figure out where to put the "Press Start" text (maybe you've got suggestions?), I have made a title screen for Ganon's Curse.

What a nice title screen. The font is hand-written by myself. Now, some of you might have seen this following little picture already.



This userbanner is definetly not something you might like to put into your signature, because of the simple reason that it's too big and takes too much space. Well, I made a Ganon's Curse userbar. Behold!!

Now that looks much more convient, cleaner and simpler! Awesome!! If you are looking forward to this quest you can show it by putting this userbar into your signature. When the quest is finally finished in the future, you can still have the bar in your signature to show how much you like this quest and to recommend it to others, so they try it out too, to see how great it is! Also, sorry if I sound too braggy in my updates.

As I stated above, I have not so much progress to announce. Level 5 is growing really slow, but at least it does. I will try to get back to full speed again, but I also have a few other projects I am taking part with or beta testing for, and I also got ideas for a sequel of my 2-week entry wich I'd really love to make as soon as possible but I'll try to wait with that until I get this quest done. Beyond that, school has started for me today, but personal stuff aside, Ganon's Curse is really a quest that is worth the wait!! You can look forward to lots of fun things, nice ideas, custom enemies, good use of 2.5 and so on and so on!

Few months before, I promised to have this quest finished by the end of summer at least, but that promise I can't keep. Though, I will try to get it finished before the end of this year Possibly even earlier.

Hey, BTW, it's not very clear how to actually "get" your userbar because you didn't make a "Code" box with the code that people need to copy and paste into their signatures. I would suggest adding that to your update.

I was able to get it, though. After it didn't work by just clicking on it, I right-clicked on it and selected "Copy Image URL". I then opened my signature and placed the text cursor where I wanted to place it. I clicked on the "Image" button, pasted the hyperlink in the box that came up, and clicked on "OK".
Anyone else should be able to do it this way, too, though.
