Hi

 

Is there anyone playing Dungeons&Darknuts quest?

 

I need some help in lost woods part i have the wand and so on , and one hint says use fire magic at center gate but i cant find that spot.

Do you have the Lantern? If you do, you should eventually come across a bush that you can burn down. Behind it there's a Gohma-like boss that can be killed with Wand Magic. To get to that bush however... I kinda forgot so I can't really help you there sadly.

Where did you get the lantern...I'm just going around in circles and only have bombs and wand. Got some kind of a map in cavern, but don't see it in my items and no map appears.

Did you get the note from the cave in the south of the Town of Covel? After you've picked that up, go back to where you've met the first Guild Master and another person should appear there with the Lantern.

 

Quest beaten, 41 deaths and 3:05:51 hours. An excellent quest! Recommended for everybody.

Is the Crypt place the last place i should visit? i have two ores.

You need the Magic Key from the town of Covel. The old man in one of the houses should give it to you. Then, in the Crypt, you need to use the Magic Key to enter some locked doors in the Under Crypt to get the Stone of Vision. After that, head back to the Stone Castle and after some exploring you should eventually find your way to the final ore.

Yes i got the magic key and i start to lock up some doors in The Crypt.

Alright, then look around the Crypt and you should eventually come across the Stone of Vision.

There seem to be a bug or maybe I miss something. After finding the 3 ores I head down and suddenly all screens are black and after running thru a few screens I find "The Mantle" There I find a hammer and the big boss in a golden castle. However I don't seem to be able to defeat him. I need Stone of Vision to see him but nothing I do seem to hurt him. Have I missed an item or how can you defeat him?

Even so, I can't kill it.. most likely hit it 10 times now in a row. So hammer is of no use in this quest?

He needs 12 hits in the back. Do you think I should bring it down to like 8 hits?

He takes a LOT of hits to die. The Hammer is only useful for the Darknuts I believe.

Where is the Crypt? I feel so stupid. I have the Golden Ring, Mirror Shield, and I can buy the most powerful sword.

In the Town of Covel, head down to the southern section where you can find a dock, use the leaflet to get to the Crypt.
