I'm stuck on an ice block puzzle in Snowdrift Sanctuary. (It's the one with the ice chest where there's a bunch of water and some hookshot points.)

It's not an ice block puzzle. That should help a lot with overcoming it now.

I think I got softlocked in the Fanta Sea Ruins. I didn't use a key to get the bracelet and all other keys appear to require the bracelet to get.

Did you unlock the door near the entrance, a couple screens above? If so, that is all the keys you need. To get the bracelet, you need to engage with the dungeon in other ways.

I didn't realize the block for the Bracelet was a big key block.

If you f6 the game when you destroy one of the hearts in Crimson Underground the water won't disappear and you'll have to reload an old save to make the heart respawn.

There's not much we can do about that beyond cautioning people not to F6 during cutscenes / dialogue, unfortunately.

Could have that screen be a temp secret and remove the heart via the level system that removes the water elsewhere; that way the heart only shows up if the level isn't triggered (could also just put the level switch earlier on in the cutscene)
