Hey there, everyone. 
This is a thread for streaming announcements of PureZC member streams. If there's a stream happening in the next 24 hours and you want some more exposure, feel free to post it here and include the following somewhere in the post:
1. The stream url.
2. The time. It can be exact (7 PM EST), it can be relative (in about 30 minutes), or it can be right now.
3. What is going to be streamed.
You are free to include more in the post, but this is the minimum.
Do not post in this topic unless you are announcing a stream!
- If you have questions about this thread or suggestions to make it better, take them to Assistance and Propositions, the staff dropbox, or a staff member.
- If you want to comment about someone's stream outside of their chat, go to their stream thread (if they have one) or send them a PM.
We want thread update notifications in here to be a pretty good indicator that either a stream is going to happen or the status of a stream announced earlier has changed.
Do I need to plan and schedule this stuff in advance to post in here?
Nope! If you suddenly get the urge to stream, it's perfectly fine to make a post about streaming right then with no advanced warning. The only requirements are what's mentioned at the top of the thread. 
How often can I post in here?
You're allowed to make a post earlier in the day and then make another post when the stream is about to start, but please be reasonable about it and don't abuse it by flooding the thread with the stream in a short amount of time.
It's understandable if you have technical difficulties, delays, or cancellations, so feel free to mention them. But don't do things like give a constant posting countdown toward the stream start just because you feel like it or want more viewers than you are getting.
Why is this thread here?
The main purpose of this thread is to give the option for people to emphasize their streams a bit more by making a clear place for people to check to see if streams are happening. Following and subscriptions are a thing on Twitch and Hitbox, but not everyone takes advantage of that. Additionally not everyone is aware of all of the people that actually do streams on this site since their threads are overshadowed by popular LPs and streamers. People can use PureZC's following system to keep track of this thread and potentially run into new PureZC streamers they like.
Finally, you can use this thread even if you don't have your own dedicated streaming thread.
What if I have my own streaming thread already?
You are definitely still free to post stream announcements in your own dedicated threads if you like. In fact, you can double up and post in both this thread and your own thread if you like as long as you don't get super spammy with it (there's a problem if you have more than 4 stream announcements spread across two topics per day outside of things like delays and technical difficulties). Or you can not use this thread at all. The choice is yours since this is an optional participation thread.

Made an edit to answer NJF's question in the FAQ since I realize I didn't make that very clear.
Don't get the impression that it was an emotional decision because the decision was based entirely out of rational choice. I suggest just checking the topic itself to get more details.
