as far as the sword is, I guess people are stuck looking for it, so I'll go ahead and reveal the location (spoiler, I guess):

-try looking for a mismatched tile in the lowest right screen of the desert (there's a skull in the area, I believe), and try bombing there...

@schooching: that's the wrong area, lol (she's asking about the White sword)

There's no "spoiler feature", you just highlight what you want to hide, click the "A" button and set the color to white, and there you go!

Where is level 3? I found level 4 while searching around the map I just haven't been able to find 3.

I'm stuck trying to find the white sword. I got the hint from level 3 but can't figure out where that sword is. So far I've gotten bow and arrow, ladder, boomerang and the letter for potions. I've managed to buy the shield, magic and the blue ring so I'm pretty well protected from enemies. I'm having fun even though I'm stuck but I really could use that sword.

One thing I like about that shop is that you can go back and buy more magic as the game goes on. It's great!

If you can't find the white sword, you can try using the bow/arrow which does the same amount of damage as the white sword would do. Just an idea.

The bow and arrows do work great for most enemies but when it comes to darknuts, the white sword is the only way to go.
